15-13 - Special Home Occupation Provision

In C6 Districts, and in C5 Districts in the Borough of Manhattan in the area south of Murray Street, its easterly prolongation,
and the Brooklyn Bridge, the #home occupation# provisions of Section 12-10 shall apply, except that a #home occupations# may
occupy more than 1,000 square feet of #floor area# and up to three persons not residing in the #dwelling unit# or #rooming
unit# may be employed.
