In Subdistrict A, a #floor area# bonus for public realm improvements shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 145-
41 (Special Approvals in Subdistrict A).

In portions of Subdistrict B, special approvals for a transfer of #floor area# or #floor area# bonus for public realm improvements
may be granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 145-42 (Special Approvals in Subdistrict B).
