For the purposes of this Chapter, matter in italics is defined in Sections 12-10 (DEFINITIONS), 32-301 (Definitions), 66-11
(Definitions) and in this Section, except where explicitly stated otherwise in individual provisions in this Chapter.


Qualifying public realm improvement sites

For the purposes of this Chapter, “qualifying public realm improvement sites” shall refer to #zoning lots# in Subarea B1, as
shown in Map 1 (Special Eastchester – East Tremont Corridor District, Subdistricts and Subareas) in the Appendix, that have a
#lot area# of 20,000 square feet or more.
