144-213 - Floor area limitations on additional uses

The additional #uses# allowed pursuant to Section 144-11 (Additional Uses Allowed in M2 Districts) shall be limited to 300,000
square feet of #floor area# within each Subdistrict where such additional #uses# are allowed, and the total #floor area# allocated
to such additional #commercial uses# shall not exceed 100,000 square feet in each Subdistrict where the additional #uses# are
allowed.
