143-12 - Home Occupation

For the purposes of this Chapter, the #home occupation# provisions of Section 12-10 shall apply, except that a #home
occupation# may occupy more than 1,000 square feet of #floor area# and up to three persons not residing in the #dwelling unit#
or #rooming unit# may be employed. In addition to the #uses# listed in Section 12-10, a #home occupation# may include any
permitted #commercial use#.
