142-46 - Height and Setback in Subarea B3

In Subarea B3, as shown on Map 1 (Special Inwood District – Subdistricts and Subareas) in the Appendix to this Chapter, the
maximum #building# height shall be 125 feet within 10 feet of a #street line#. Beyond 10 feet of a #street line#, the maximum
#building# height shall be 265 feet.
