142-21 - Floor Area Regulations on Waterfront Blocks

On #waterfront blocks#, the provisions of Section 62-31 (Bulk Computations on Waterfront Zoning Lots) shall be modified so
that #lot area# that is seaward of the #shoreline# shall not be included for the purpose of determining allowable #floor area# or
to satisfy any other #bulk# regulation.
