The underlying #use# regulations are modified by the provisions of this Section, inclusive. In M1-4/R7A and M1-4/R9A
Districts, the #use# regulations of Article XII, Chapter 3 (Special Mixed Use District) shall apply, except where modified by the
provisions of this Section, inclusive.
