142-07 - Development over a Street in Subarea A1 LAST AMENDED8/8/2018 In Subarea A1, as shown on Map 1 (Special Inwood District – Subdistricts and Subareas) in the Appendix to this Chapter, when a volume above a #street#, or portion thereof, has been eliminated, discontinued or closed, such volume may, at the option of an owner of a #zoning lot# adjoining such volume, be considered part of the adjoining #zoning lot#, and a #development# or #enlargement# may be located within such volume that is part of or connected to a #building# on the adjoining #zoning lot# utilizing #floor area# generated by the adjoining #zoning lot#, provided that the #street# below the volume is provided with lighting in accordance with Department of Transportation standards. In no event shall such volume contribute to the amount of #lot area# of any #zoning lot# for the purposes of generating #floor area#.
