For purposes of this Chapter, matter in italics is defined in Section 12-10 (DEFINITIONS), Section 32-301 (Definitions) and in
this Section.


Shoreline adjacent lot

For the purposes of this Chapter, a “shoreline adjacent lot” shall refer to a #waterfront zoning lot# with a #shoreline# length of
more than 100 feet, or any #zoning lot# that has entered into a binding agreement to improve and maintain a #waterfront public
access area# for an adjoining #waterfront zoning lot#.
