The regulations of this Chapter are designed to implement the #Special Inwood District# Plan. The District Plan, including
Map 1 (Special Inwood District – Subdistricts and Subareas), Map 2 (Special Inwood District – Ground Floor Use and Curb
Cut Regulations), and Map 3 (Special Inwood District – Transit Easement Zones) is set forth in the Appendix to this Chapter
and is hereby incorporated as part of this Resolution for the purpose of specifying locations where the special regulations and
requirements set forth in this Chapter apply. In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Chapter, district maps are
located in the Appendix to this Chapter and are hereby incorporated and made an integral part of this Resolution. They are
incorporated for the purpose of specifying locations where special regulations and requirements, as set forth in the text of this
Chapter, apply.
