141-11 - Modification of Supplemental Use Provisions LAST AMENDED 6/6/2024 In C1 or C2 Districts mapped within R7 or R8 Districts and located along the elevated rail structure on Jerome or River Avenues, the provisions of Section 32-421 (Limitation on floors occupied by commercial uses) shall be modified for #buildings# containing #residences# as follows. The limitations set forth in paragraph (a) of such Section shall be modified to apply to #buildings# constructed before March 22, 2018.
