In the districts indicated, for the purpose of applying regulations applicable to #public parking garages# set forth in Article III,
Chapter 2 (Use Regulations) and Article III, Chapter 6 (Accessory Off-street Parking and Loading Regulations), the regulations
applicable to C2-4 Districts shall apply to all districts.
