136-22 - Minimum and Maximum Base Height

In the districts indicated, and in C2 Districts mapped within these districts, the minimum and maximum heights before setback
of a #street wall# required pursuant to Section 136-21 (Street Wall Location) shall be as set forth in the following table:

At a height not lower than the minimum base height nor higher than the maximum base height specified for the applicable
district in this Section, a setback shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 23-433 (Standard setback
