136-02 - Definitions

For purposes of this Chapter, matter in italics is defined in Sections 12-10 (DEFINITIONS), 32-301 (Definitions), or in this
Section.


Open Space A

“Open Space A” shall be a publicly accessible open space designed and constructed pursuant to the provisions of Section 136-324
(Publicly accessible open space requirements) and located within the area designated as “Flexible Open Space A Location” on
Map 7 (Mandatory Street Walls and Flexible Public Open Space Locations) in the Appendix to this Chapter.


Open Space B

“Open Space B” shall be a publicly accessible open space designed and constructed pursuant to the provisions of Section 136-324
(Publicly accessible open space requirements) and located within the area designated as “Flexible Open Space B Location” on
Map 7 (Mandatory Street Walls and Flexible Public Open Space Locations) in the Appendix to this Chapter.
