The underlying #yard# regulations are modified by the provisions of this Section.

In Subdistrict A, no #rear yard# or #rear yard equivalent# need be provided for #commercial buildings#, #community facility
buildings#, or the portion of a #mixed building# containing #commercial# or #community facility uses#.
