(a) Facing #Yankee Pier Plaza#

      On #building parcel# E-2, the ground floor level #street wall# facing #Yankee Pier Plaza# shall comply with the
      requirements of Section 37-34 (Minimum Transparency Requirements). For the purpose of applying these requirements,
      such ground floor level #street wall# shall be considered a #primary frontage#, as that term is defined in Section 37-311
      (Definitions).

(b) Enclosed #secondary connections#

      For any entrance to a #secondary connection# that is enclosed at the point of entry, 50 percent of the surface area of the
      #street wall# of such #secondary connection# between a height of two feet and the height of the #secondary connection# at
      the point of entry shall be glazed with transparent materials.
