The provisions of Section 76-145 (Boundary Line Coinciding With Parks, Cemeteries or Navigable Waters) shall be modified
such that where the zoning district boundaries shown on the applicable zoning map coincide with the #shoreline#, such zoning
district boundaries shall be deemed to extend beyond the #shoreline# to also include any piers contained within the #Special
Governors Island District#.
