134-05 - Applicability of Article VI, Chapter 2

The provisions of Article VI, Chapter 2 (Special Regulations Applying in the Waterfront Area) shall not apply within the
#Special Governors Island District#, except that WD #uses#, as listed in Section 62-211 shall be permitted #uses# on #piers# in
the Open Space Subarea pursuant to Section 134-112.
