(a)    In the Coney East Subdistrict, in lieu of the underlying C7 #sign# regulations, the #sign# regulations for a C6-7 District shall apply, except that:

       (1)     no #advertising signs# shall be permitted above a height of 40 feet; and

       (2)    the provisions of Sections 32-66 (Additional Regulations for Signs Near Certain Parks and Designated Arterial Highways), inclusive, and 32-67 (Special
              Provisions Applying Along District Boundaries) shall not apply.

(b)    In the Coney North and Coney West Subdistricts, the underlying C2-4 District #sign# regulations shall apply, except that the height restrictions of Section 32-655
       shall be modified to allow permitted #signs# at the level of any #story# occupied by a #commercial# #use#.
