127-41 - Special Streetscape Regulations

The underlying #ground floor level# streetscape provisions set forth in Section 32-30 (STREETSCAPE REGULATIONS),
inclusive, shall apply except that #ground floor level# #street frontages# within the 50 feet of the intersection of two primary
#street# frontages, as shown on Map 3 (Requirements Along Street Frontages) in the Appendix to this Chapter shall be
considered #Tier C street frontages#.

For the purpose of applying such streetscape regulations, #upland connections#, #visual corridors#, #shore public walkways#
and #publicly accessible private streets# shall be considered #streets# and #shore public walkways# shall be considered #wide
streets.
