126-42 - Authorization for Reduction of Required Parking

Within the commercial areas identified on the #Special College Point District# Map, the City Planning Commission may
authorize a reduction of the parking requirement of Section 44-21 (General Provisions) and paragraphs (b) and (c) of Section
126-31 (Parking Regulations) by an amount not to exceed 50 percent, provided that the Commission finds that the proposed
parking is sufficient for the #use# proposed.
