126-231 - Minimum required front yards

#Front yards# shall be provided with a depth of 15 feet, except for:

(a)    #zoning lots# with frontage along the Whitestone Expressway, where #front yards# shall be provided with a depth of 20
        feet; and

(b)    #corner lots#, where one #front yard# may have a depth of 10 feet.
