125-53 - Maximum Size of Permitted Accessory Group Parking Facilities

In the East River Subdistrict, Section 16-13 (Permitted Parking for Zoning Lots With Multiple Uses) shall apply, except that the
maximum number of spaces shall be 780. Section 16-21 (Off-site Parking) shall not apply.

In the Newtown Creek Subdistrict, Section 16-13 shall apply except that the maximum number of spaces shall not exceed 40
percent of the number of #dwelling units# within the #development# or #enlargement#.
