Theaters comprising over 10,000 square feet in #floor area# shall be located entirely within 600 feet of the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and 126th Street, as depicted on Map 2 (Location Requirements
for Convention Center, Cinema and Office Tower) in the Appendix to this Chapter.
