123-73 - On Waterfront Blocks

For #uses# on #waterfront blocks#, as defined in Section 62-11, the special #accessory# off-street parking and loading regulations
set forth in Section 62-40, inclusive, shall apply. When any #use# is permitted in both the designated #Residence District# and
the designated M1 District, the #accessory# off-street parking and loading requirements applicable to the designated M1 District
shall apply to such #use#.
