In #Special Mixed Use Districts#, a #non-conforming use# may be changed only to a conforming #use#.

The following Sections of Article V, Chapter 2 (Non-conforming Uses), shall not apply: Sections 52-32 through 52-37,
inclusive; Sections 52-43 through 52-45, inclusive; Sections 52-54, 52-56, 52-62, 52-72, 52-731, 52-732, 52-74, and 52-75.
