Display window

A "display window" is a window or opening in the exterior wall of any portion of a #building# which is glazed with tinted or
transparent material and which is used to display merchandise, services or business.

Sign band

A "sign band" is a horizontal band which extends the full length of the #street wall# of a #building#, and is located between 8
feet and 14 feet above #curb level#.
