119-20 - PROVISIONS REGULATING TIER II SITES

All #Tier II sites# shall be regulated by the provisions set forth in this Section. However, any #enlargement# on #Tier II sites# of
an existing #building#, provided that such #enlargement# does not increase the #lot coverage# of said #building#, shall be
exempted from the provisions of Sections 119-211 (Lot coverage, floor area and density regulations), 119-213 (Grading controls)
to 119-217 (Tier II controls during construction), inclusive, 119-22 (Tier II Submission Requirements), and 119-23
(Administration of Tier II Requirements).
