112-21 - Accessory Parking for Commercial Uses

For any #commercial# or mixed use #development# except for eating or drinking establishments, one off-street #accessory#
parking space shall be provided for every 300 square feet of #commercial# #floor area#. The provisions of Section 73-45
(Modification of Off-site Parking Provisions) are hereby made inapplicable.
