112-11 - Special Height and Setback Regulations

The underlying height and setback regulations shall apply, except that no #building or other structure# shall exceed a height
limit of 35 feet, and the height shall be measured from the #base plane#. Such height and setback regulations may be modified
only by authorization or special permit of the City Planning Commission, as applicable, pursuant to Sections 112-12 or 112-13.
