This Resolution shall take effect one year after the date of its approval by the Board of Estimate.

After the date of approval by the Board of Estimate, applications for permits to build in accordance with the provisions of this
Resolution may be filed with and approved by the Department of Buildings, provided that no building permit shall be lawfully
issued under this Resolution until such effective date or thereafter.
