The maximum #floor area ratio# for two or more #uses# on a #zoning lot# shall be determined by the #use# that is permitted the
greatest #floor area ratio# in Area M (Map 4 in Appendix A), provided that the #floor area# occupied by each #use# does not
exceed the amount permitted by the #floor area ratio# for that #use# in Area M.
