For a #residential# #building# on a #zoning lot# containing an #area of no land alteration# or #designated open space#, the
provisions of Section 25-622 (Location of parking spaces in lower density growth management areas) that do not permit open
off-street parking between the #street line# and the #street wall# or prolongation thereof of a #building# shall not apply.
