107-472 - Group parking facilities within plan review sites

For the purposes of this Chapter, no #accessory# #group parking facility# for non-#residential uses# shall be permitted anywhere
on a #plan review site#, or any #zoning lot# that contained one or more acres on November 2, 2023, except as set forth in
Sections 107-51 (Certification of Certain Plan Review Sites) or 107-68 (Modification of Group Parking Regulations).
