Subject to the requirements for maximum height of walls and required setbacks in Sections 23-42, 24-52 or 33-43, no #building
or other structure# shall exceed a height of 50 feet unless modified by a special permit of the City Planning Commission,
pursuant to Section 107-73 (Exceptions to Height Regulations).
