105-91 - Special District Designation on Public Parks

When a #Special Natural Area District# is designated on a #public park# or portion thereof, any #natural features# existing on
December 19, 1974, within such area shall not be removed, destroyed or altered unless authorized by the City Planning
Commission. As a condition for granting such authorization, the Commission shall find that any alteration of #natural features#
is the least alteration required to achieve the purpose intended and such authorization is consistent with the intent of the
#Special Natural Area District#.
