104-53 - Transfer of Floor Area by Authorization

Within Subdistrict A, the City Planning Commission may authorize the transfer of #floor area# from a granting site other than Blocks A, C or
D to a receiving site, subject to the general requirements of Sections 104-50 and 104-51, provided the Commission finds that such transfer:

(a)    will permit better site planning; and

(b)    will not unduly increase the #bulk# of #buildings# in any #block# to the detriment of the occupants or users of #buildings# on
       #blocks# outside Subdistrict A.

In granting such authorization, the Commission may prescribe additional conditions and safeguards to minimize adverse effects on the
character of the surrounding area.
