 The #view framing line# of the SV-1 Special District is a line which establishes the outer edge of the #scenic view# to be protected. The two extreme ends of the #view framing line# are points B1 and B4
 (Diagram 1).

 The elevation of the #view framing line# at all points between B1 and B4 is 2.5 feet as shown in Diagram 2.
