102-021 - Requirement for application

 An application to the City Planning Commission for a special permit pursuant to Section 102-30, shall include maps, plans or other documents showing topography, elevations, and site plans showing
 arrangement and spacing of #buildings or other structures#, and other information necessary to determine the impact of the proposal on the #scenic view# to be protected.
