Any permitted #accessory# off-street parking area, regardless of size or location, shall be screened from all adjoining #zoning lots#
and #streets# by screening that complies with the provisions of Section 36-56 (Screening) and which, in the case of a wall or barrier
or uniformly painted fence, is finished in an approved color as indicated in Appendix D of this Chapter.
