101-632 - Waiver of off-street parking and loading requirements

The Commissioner of Buildings may waive any requirement in this Chapter that #accessory# off-street parking or loading berths
be provided where the Commissioner finds that the required parking or loading cannot be provided consistent with Section 101-
631 (Restricted access and prohibition on curb cuts).
