101-54 - Restrictions on Use of Accessory Off-street Parking Spaces

The provisions of Section 36-46 (Restrictions on Use of Accessory Off-street Parking Spaces) shall apply, provided that all
#Commercial Districts# within the #Special Downtown Brooklyn District# shall be considered a C6 District for the purposes of
such Section, inclusive. However, the provisions of this Section shall not apply within the Atlantic Avenue Subdistrict.
